No Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Are Non-Refundable

All sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (via download link, email, or online access), we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Instant Access

Because our products are delivered instantly upon payment, we cannot reverse or withdraw access once the order is completed.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once due to a technical error.

• You never received access to the product despite completing your payment.

• The product was advertised as including specific features that were not delivered.

All exceptions are evaluated and approved solely at the discretion of Aliki Media.

4. Responsibility of the Customer
